AddStep 1
Your service list
If you have not added anything yet, Add Service is the first step.
- 1
Add Service
Opens the listing form. Choose how you charge before you save.
- 2
Edit
Opens the same form with the current name, prices, and photos. Save changes or Cancel.
- 3
Deactivate or Activate
Deactivate pauses the service so customers cannot book it. Activate puts a paused service back on your page.
- 4
Delete
Removes an active service after you confirm. Pause it instead if you might offer it again.
Step 2
Fixed price services
Use Fixed price when the work costs the same for every customer — for example a standard hair appointment or a set repair package.

Minimum negotiation price
Fixed at 70% of the price. Offers cannot go below this amount.
- 1
Name, description, and photos
Tell customers exactly what is included. Photos of finished work help people choose you over a similar listing.
- 2
Set the price
Choose Fixed price, then enter one amount. This is what customers see as the listed price.
- 3
Collect a deposit
Optional. Tick Collect a deposit (partial payment upfront), then enter the percentage. The rest is due according to Uru’s payment flow when the booking is confirmed.
- 4
This service is negotiable
Optional, and only on a fixed price. Tick it if you will consider a lower amount. Uru sets Minimum negotiation price at 70% of your listed price. Premium businesses can add Auto accept price so strong offers go through on their own. Offers arrive under Offers.
Step 3
Quote-based services
Use Quote-based when the price depends on the job — repairs, custom work, events, or anything you need to see first. Customers send a request; you reply with a price and a time.

Customers request a quote. You reply from Offers with your price, date, and time.
- 1
Choose Quote-based
Enter a Minimum price and Maximum price that describe a typical job. Shoppers see this range so they know whether to enquire. You cannot turn on negotiation on a quote-based listing — the quote is the negotiation.
- 2
Deposits still work
You can still collect a deposit percentage on quote-based work. The deposit applies after the customer accepts your quote.
- 3
Answer from Offers
When someone requests a quote, it appears under Offers. Open the request, enter your quoted price, an available date and time, and an optional note, then Send. See the Offers guide for the full reply steps.
