Home kit with starter accessories.
- 1
Add Product
Opens the full listing form. You will fill in photos, price, stock, and any extra options.
- 2
View details
Opens that product. If it has sizes, colors, or other options, you will see each combination with its own price and stock. From here you can jump to Edit Product.
- 3
Edit Product
Opens the same form with the current photos and prices. Change what you need, then Update Product. You can still change price and stock on existing size or color combinations; you cannot rebuild the option labels after they are saved.
- 4
Restock
Available when the product does not have sizes or colors. Enter how many units to add, then Restock. For products with options, update stock on each row when you edit the product.
- 5
Activate or Deactivate
Deactivate hides the product from customers until you activate it again. Prefer this over delete if you might sell it later.
- 6
Delete
Removes the product after you confirm. Use this only if you will not sell it again.
Step 2
Add a product
Start with the basics so shoppers know what they are buying.
Add Product
Product name
Category
Description
Price
Weight of product
Quantity in stock
- 1
Name, category, and description
Use a clear name, pick the closest category, and describe what is included. Shoppers search and filter by category, so choose carefully.
- 2
Photos
Upload photos and crop each one so the product fills the frame. Clear photos convert better than text alone.
- 3
Price, weight, and quantity
Enter the selling price and the weight in kilograms (needed for delivery). If the item is limited, enter Quantity in stock. Tick Always available if you do not need to count units — for example, made-to-order goods.
Step 3
Let customers make an offer
Turn this on when you are willing to discuss price. Customers send an offer; you accept, decline, or counter from Offers.
Let customers make an offer
Price
Minimum negotiation price
Fixed at 70% of the price. Offers cannot go below this amount.
Auto accept price (optional)
Premium: accept an offer automatically at this amount or higher.
Customers send offers from Offers. You can accept, decline, or send a counter price.
- 1
This product is negotiable
Tick the box after you set the price. Uru fills Minimum negotiation price for you at 70% of the listed price. Customers cannot offer below that floor.
- 2
Auto accept price (Premium)
Optional. If you are on Premium, enter an amount at or above the minimum. Offers at that price or higher can be accepted automatically so you do not have to reply to every bid.
Step 4
Sizes, colors, and other options
Use this when one product comes in more than one choice — for example Small / Medium / Large, or Red / Blue. Each combination can have its own price and stock.
Add sizes, colors, and options
Variant label
Value
+ Add another value
+ Add another variant
- 1
Turn variants on
Tick Does this product have variants? Quantity in stock for the whole product is hidden, because stock will live on each combination instead.
- 2
Choose a label and values
Variant label is the type of choice: Size, Color, or Others (then type your own, such as Material or Style). Under Value, type each option — for size, Small, Medium, Large. Use Add another value for more options. Use Add another variant if you need a second label, such as Size and Color together.
- 3
Generate variant
When the labels and values look right, tap Generate variant. Uru builds every combination (for example Small + Red, Small + Blue). Then enter Price and Stock on each row. If the product is negotiable and you are on Premium, you can also set Auto accept on each row. Remove a row you do not sell.
