Offers: product bids and service quotes
When a listing is negotiable or quote-based, customer requests land here. Use the Product tab for bids on goods, and the Service tab for negotiation and quote requests.
What the page looks like

Step 1
Product offers
These appear when This product is negotiable is on and a customer sends a price.

Search
Find an offer by product name, customer, or status.

Open an offer
Tap the row or View. You will see the customer, the product, the size or color they chose (if any), and the amount they offered.

Accept
Confirms their price. You cannot accept again after you have already accepted, declined, or countered.

Counter
Enter a Counter price, then Send counter. The customer can accept your figure or walk away.

Reject
Declines the offer after you confirm.
Step 2
Service offers and quote requests

Filter by type
All, Negotiable offer, or Quote request. Use this to separate customers haggling on a fixed price from customers asking for a custom quote.

Open details
Opens that request so you can accept, counter, decline, or send a quote.
Step 3
Reply to a service offer or quote
Negotiable offers and quote requests look similar but the buttons differ. Read the customer’s note, then choose one path.

Call from the phone number if it is shown, or use Send message to continue in Messages.

Negotiable offer
Accept offer (you can add a short message), Counter offer (your price, a proposed date, start time, and optional message), or Decline (optional reason).

Send a quote
On a quote request, enter Your quoted price for each service, pick an Available date and Available time that work for you, add an optional Note (what is included, how long it will take), then Send. The customer sees your figure against the range they were shown on the listing.
