Get Started: every setup step
Get Started stays in the sidebar until setup is complete. Each card is a step with a status badge. Open a card, complete it, then return here. Your business type (product, service, or both) controls whether you add products, services, or both.

Open a step
Tap a card (Business information, Business Registration, Bank Details, Add Services, or Add Products) to open that flow. Badges such as Not started, Pending, and Verified show progress.
- 2
Retry status
If loading fails, Status unavailable appears with Retry. That refreshes the step; it does not skip it.
Step 2

- 1
Choose business type
Service Based, Product Based, or Hybrid. This later hides Orders/Products or Bookings/Service in the sidebar.

Pick a business category, enter a phone number, optionally upload a logo (drag-upload with crop), and add a website if you have one.
- 3

Search an address with Places autocomplete or tap Use current location. A map preview confirms the pin. Add optional branch locations (address, label, display text) with Add branch or Remove.
- 4
Business hours
Add rows for day, open time, and close time. Use Add to insert another day or − to remove a row.
- 5

Step 3
Business Registration (KYB)

- 1

- 2

Submit for Review / Resubmit for Review
Sends documents to Uru. After reject, a banner shows the reason and Resubmit for Review is available. Success shows Upload successful.
Step 4

Tick This product is negotiable if you want customers to make an offer — Uru sets the lowest allowed offer at 70% of your price. Premium businesses can also set Auto accept price so strong offers go through without waiting. For sizes, colors, or other options, tick Does this product have variants? and follow the Products guide.
- 2
Add a service
Enter the name, description, and photos. Choose Fixed price for one set amount, or Quote-based if the job depends on the customer’s request. Quote-based listings need a typical minimum and maximum so shoppers know the range. You can collect a deposit (a percentage paid up front) on either type. This service is negotiable is only available on a fixed price. Use + Add another to prepare more listings, then Save.
- 3
Change a listing before you save
Each listing you add appears as a small card. Use the pencil to edit it, or the bin to remove it, then Save when you are ready.
